Responsibilities

• Direct night crew to meet service level and merchandising goals.
• Communicate with store director and merchandising manager.
• Order general department products to maintain stock levels.
• Stock and merchandise general department items according to standards.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
• Engage with customers with smiles, provide information and selling tips.
• Unload trailers, receive and audit merchandise, break down and position cases in warehouse or floor areas.
• Keep shelves full, facing, and displays attractive and organized.
• Monitor product pricing, signage, and shelf tags usage.
• Maintain clean, neat work areas and warehouses.
• Stock dated perishable products and rotate as needed for quality and safety.
