Raley's in Camp Verde, AZ is seeking a Night Operations Team Lead to guide night crew, manage stock levels, and maintain attractive store presentations. You will coordinate with the store director and merchandising manager to meet department goals.

The role requires directing ordering, stocking, and merchandising tasks while upholding excellent customer service. A positive, proactive attitude and ability to handle perishable inventory are essential.

Responsibilities

• Directing night crew personnel, meeting general department service level and merchandising goals and objectives.
• Communicating directly with the store director and merchandising manager.
• Ordering general department products to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Stocking and merchandising products in accordance with sales and merchandising standards.
• Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and fellow team members.
• Engaging with customers, offering product information and selling suggestions.
• Unloading trailers, receiving merchandise and auditing stock.
• Keeping shelves full and building attractive displays.
• Monitoring product pricing, signage and placement with shelf tags.
• Keeping work areas and warehouses clean and orderly.
• Stocking perishable products with rotation for quality.
• All other related duties as assigned
