Job summary

Raley's is seeking an Asst. Night Operations Team Lead to oversee a broad range of overnight store tasks, focusing on customer experience while assisting the Night Operations Team Lead with ordering, stocking and merchandising.

You will direct the night crew, coordinate with the store team lead and merchandising manager, and ensure stock levels across grocery, non-foods, HBC, frozen foods and liquor, with attention to displays and pricing.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising night crew in a retail setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct night crew to meet service level and merchandising goals.
• Coordinate with store team lead and merchandising manager.
• Order products to maintain stock levels across departments.
• Stock and merchandise products on shelves and displays.
• Unload trailers, receive and audit merchandise, and organize stock areas.
• Monitor pricing, signage, and shelf tags to ensure accuracy.
