The role requires the ability to safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service, with specific duties including directing night crew, coordinating with store leadership, and maintaining stock and displays.

Qualifications

• An Asst. Night Operations Team Lead is a responsible, friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age; 21+ for positions serving alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Directing night crew personnel, meeting general department service level and merchandising goals and objectives.
• Communicating directly with the store team lead and merchandising manager.
• Ordering general department products to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Stocking and merchandising products to department standards.
• Unloading trailers and receiving merchandise, auditing, and stocking.
• Maintaining clean, neat, and orderly work areas and warehouses.
• Attentively stocking perishable products and rotating for quality and safety.
• Carrying out other related duties as assigned.
