Job summary

Kitchen Guard of San Diego is seeking a Foreman to lead a two-person crew in performing fire safety-critical kitchen exhaust cleaning. You will oversee operations to ensure safety and compliance with standards, working overnight shifts typically from 9:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

This role requires strong leadership, prior experience in hood cleaning, and physical capability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $23–$27 based on experience, along with benefits including paid time off.

Qualifications

• Prior hood cleaning, pressure washing, or similar trade experience strongly preferred.
• Previous crew leadership or lead technician experience required.
• Strong organizational discipline and time management.
