Tops in New York is seeking a Night Operations Manager to oversee opening and closing procedures, ensure safe, clean operations, and maintain excellent customer service while supporting store leadership. Primary hours: 3–4 nights per week; hours vary with store needs.

You will monitor staffing, supervise associates, manage shortages, and uphold SOPs and safety policies to deliver a positive shopping experience for customers and a positive work environment for the team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school education required.
• Retail experience 1–3 years preferred.
• Attendance at MOD class and certification test.

Responsabilités

• Maintain strong customer service and relationships while meeting service levels.
• Address customer concerns quickly and in line with policies.
• Monitor stock levels and ad support to maximize sales.
• Respond quickly to operational issues affecting customers or staff.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and SOP compliance across the store.
