Job summary

JCDecaux North America is seeking an Operations Night Manager to supervise the overnight LA X operations and a night team from our LA warehouse/office. The role ensures safety, quality control, and staff productivity with minimal supervision.

The candidate will oversee shift tasks, inspections, and MOBOPS verifications, while coordinating with LAWA contacts and maintaining ISO compliance. A fast-paced, hands-on environment with opportunities to mentor staff and drive operational excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree desired but not required.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environments.
• Clear communication through email, Teams, and internal channels.
• Strong communicator with excellent multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight LA X operations and team members, ensuring safety, quality control, and productivity.
• Direct and supervise night shift associates, assign tasks for efficient workflows and compliance.
• Coordinate tasks and verify night postings and inspections.
• Serve as Safety Coordinator for OSHA-related requirements and shadow inspections.
• Manage training and certification for scissor/boom lifts and forklifts; maintain ISO compliance.
• Support SAP coordination for inventory and asset management; ensure equipment upkeep.
