Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight freight operations and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
• Lead by example to drive customer service and store readiness.
• Collaborate with Night Replenishment Managers to unload, pack out, and pack down freight.
• Participate in a structured training program covering store management responsibilities including staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Assist in developing actionable plans to boost department sales and profitability.
