Job summary

The Home Depot in Glen Allen, VA is seeking a Night Operations Assistant Store Manager in Training to gain hands-on experience in store operations, customer service, and profitability strategies. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum years of work experience: 3.
• Minimum leadership experience: 3.
• Preferred leadership experience: 3.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight freight operations to ensure core programs are executed.
• Collaborate with NRMs and Store leadership to maintain SOPs and safety.
• Lead by example and participate in structured training for the Assistant Manager role.
• Drive customer service and associate engagement store‑wide.
• Plan staffing, scheduling, inventory controls, and daily financial operations.
