Chimes is seeking a seasoned Cleaning Supervisor at BWI Airport to oversee the custodian contract on a 24-hour basis. You will supervise staff, schedule tasks, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high quality standards across terminal cleaning operations.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, experience managing facilities contracts, and ability to coordinate with government staff. Shifts are nights, with full-time hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of supervisory/contract-management experience.
• Experience in janitorial/custodial operations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety programs (CPR/First Aid, OSHA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the custodian contract on a 24-hour basis.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and inspect cleaning activities.
• Maintain daily time records and payroll within budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and procedural requirements.
