Job summary

Chimes seeks a Facilities Operations Supervisor at BWI Airport to oversee the day-to-day contract, manage staff, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with MAA and government facility partners.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in contract management or facilities management, CPR/First Aid, knowledge of MAXIMO, and strong leadership skills to deliver quality service on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Valid CPR/FA certification preferred.
• Knowledge of green cleaning principles and CIMS certification requirements.
• Knowledge of electronic tracking systems such as MAXIMO.
• Experience in contract management and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operation of assigned contract 24/7/365.
• Hires, evaluates, and supervises staff.
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures and policies.
• Reviews inspection reports and implements corrective actions.
• Prepares schedules and maintains time records.
• Manages payroll and supply costs within budget.
• Coordinates monthly management meetings.
• Responds within one hour during normal hours, two after hours.
