Chimes DC Brand at BWI Airport is seeking a site Operations Manager to oversee the contract’s daily execution, staffing, and safety programs. The role requires leadership to ensure 24/7/365 operations, payroll accuracy, and adherence to contractual standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in contract management, knowledge of safety regulations, and the ability to coordinate with HR, vendors, and government stakeholders. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• At least 5 years’ experience in contract management, including administrative duties.
• Janitorial/custodial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SDS, Fire and Safety, Hazard Communications and related regulations.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff; strong leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees day-to-day operation of the assigned contract 24/7/365.
• Hires, evaluates, and supervises all staff members.
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures and environmental requirements.
• Presents ideas and recommendations to Contract Administrator based on contract needs.
• Maintains reports and time records; manages payroll and supply costs within budget.
