South Shore Health's Emerson 6 Oncology unit in Weymouth, MA is seeking an RN for full-time night shift from 7p to 7a. You will provide patient-centered care using the nursing process, coordinating assessments, plans, interventions and documentation to ensure safety and quality.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, MA RN license, and preferred acute care experience. BLS/ACLS may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Previous Acute Care RN experience preferred.
• Licensed as RN in Massachusetts.

Responsabilités

• Medication administration, transcription, and recording per SSH policy.
• Develop and document individualized plan of care and monitor outcomes.
• Assess, reassess, and communicate patient care needs and barriers to discharge.
• Maintain safety standards, hand hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
• Utilize nursing process to ensure patient and family-centered care.
