Qualifications

• Graduate of professional accredited nursing school is required.

• BLS healthcare provider required.
• Previous Medical/Surgical/Telemetry/Orthopedic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care using the nursing process appropriate to adult patients.
• Ensure safety and accountability for nursing care delivered to patient and family.
• Follow nursing service standards, policies, and regulatory guidance.
• Report to Director or designee as required.
