Olympia Fields Hospital is seeking an OB Technician for the Labor and Delivery unit. This role supports patient care under RN oversight during night shifts (6p-6a), handling neonates through adults and assisting with clerical tasks in the LDRP setting.

Responsibilities include processing birth certificates and Declaration of Paternity forms, with required training and education met by the listed qualifications. A benefits package and competitive compensation accompany this position.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• BLS Certification within 30 days and maintain current.
• Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, EMT, ROP, Paramedic Training Program, Certified Surgical Scrub Technician or equivalent required.

Mansioni

• The OB Technician provides direct patient care under RN supervision to neonate to adult and collaborates with physicians, patients and families.
• Responsible for completion and processing of birth certificates and Declaration of Paternity forms.
