UCHealth in Aurora, CO, is seeking a Nights House Manager to provide leadership for nursing units and clinical support areas during the assigned shift. You will monitor agency and temporary staff performance and ensure smooth operations to maximize patient safety and experience.

The role requires a BSN and RN licensure, with at least 2 years of nursing experience. BLS and ACLS are required or become valid within the first months of employment. This is an onsite position with no remote option.

Competenze

• BSN required.
• RN licensure required.
• 2 years nursing experience required.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) and ACLS within 3 months of hire.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
• Respond to staff requests for managerial assistance.
• Coordinate and monitor patient flow between units to maximize safety and experience.
• Evaluate adequacy of patient care and address issues affecting outcomes.
• Coordinate patient care with staff, physicians, and other departments.
• Handle complaints through established channels and make administrative decisions with MOC/AOC.
