UCHealth Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, CO seeks a Nights Nurse Leader to oversee nursing units and clinical support during the assigned shift. You will monitor agency staff performance, coach teams, and ensure patient flow and safety across units.

The role requires ADN or BSN, RN licensure, and 2+ years of nursing experience. A Master’s in Nursing is preferred; ACLS and BLS must be current. This onsite position offers a strong total rewards package at UCHealth.

Competenze

Minimum education: ADN or BSN; Master’s preferred for higher levels.
RN licensure required; BLS; ACLS within 3 months.
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
BLS card valid through 60 days after hire; renewals through AHA.

Mansioni

Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to staff and respond to managerial requests.
Coordinate patient flow between units to maximize safety and resource use.
Evaluate patient care effectiveness and coordinate with staff, physicians, and other departments.
Address complaints through established channels and make administrative decisions with MOC/AOC.
Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
