White Plains Hospital Medical Center in White Plains, NY is seeking a Nursing Technician 2I for the night shift (6 PM–6 AM). The role supports RNs with ADLs, vital signs, EKGs, I&O, documentation, and patient transport in a fast-paced Medical-Surgical Acute 2I unit.

You will work Mon-Fri with alternating weekends and holidays, totaling 75 hours per pay period, with a pay rate between $25.00 and $37.50 per hour, depending on experience, education, and shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Less than 1 year hospital/patient-care experience preferred.
• EKG reading training for monitors required (4 days).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Adaptability and strong problem-solving.
• BLS certification required within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Performs ADLs and vitals per policy.
• Records I&O and vital signs accurately.
• Assists with EKGs and specimen collection.
• Delivers meals, transports patients, and ensures safety.
• Maintains infection control and uses PPE.
