Memorial Hospital Belleville and Memorial Hospital Shiloh are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for their full-time night shift float pool role. This unique position allows nurses to expand their skills across ICU, Emergency Department, and Medical Telemetry while working at two Magnet®-recognized hospitals.

The role offers flexibility, professional growth resources, and a dynamic care environment where you’ll support diverse patient populations. Candidates should have at least two years in acute care and be prepared for night shifts, rotating weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of acute care experience required.
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications preferred.
• Telemetry interpretation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning implementation, and evaluation.
• Promotes patient and family-centered care in a healing environment.
• Educates patients and families on managing their illness or injury.
