Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license; required.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association; required.
• ACLS and CNRN/CRRN preferred.
• 1+ year of bedside RN experience; required.
• Experience in neuroscience, acute med-surg, or rehabilitation strongly desired.
• BSN within 18 months of hire; required.

Float Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Summary

As a Craig RN, you’ll collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, case managers, and families to ensure holistic, individualized patient care. You’ll not only manage complex clinical needs, but also educate and empower patients toward independence and long-term wellness.

Location:

• 3425 S Clarkson St, Englewood, CO 80113

Shift:

• PRN Nights; 1830-1700 (6:30 pm - 7:00 am MST)
• Days of the week will vary as this is a self-scheduling position.

Compensation:

• $36.93/ hour — $53.18/hour
• Plus applicable shift differentials for nights, evening and weekends
• Sign-on Bonus: Eligible for a $10K SOB for RN Float (nights)
  • You will receive $5K once you've completed 6 months of employment
  • You will receive the remaining $5K once you've achieved your 1-year anniversary

What We Are Looking For

Licensure & Certification

• Current Colorado RN license; required
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association; required
• ACLS and relevant specialty certification (CNRN or CRRN); preferred

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; required
• BSN required within 18 months of hire (from a CCNE or NLNAC-accredited program); required

Experience

• 1+ year of bedside RN experience; required
• Experience in neuroscience, acute med-surg, or rehabilitation; strongly desired

Skills & Strengths

• Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills

• Knowledge of infection control, patient safety, and trauma-informed care
• Organized, self-motivated, and skilled in time management
