Job summary

Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks a Nurse Manager to oversee nursing services at Stout Street Recuperative Care. Responsible for quality of care, staffing, and compliance with state standards, you'll lead RNs, medical assistants, and behavioral health staff, and drive credentialing and performance initiatives.

You will supervise, coach, and coordinate daily operations, ensuring seamless care delivery while maintaining regulatory adherence and staff development within the Recuperative

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license is required.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a community health/acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services and patient care at Stout Street Recuperative Care.
• Supervise RNs, medical assistants, and behavioral health staff; manage scheduling and performance.
• Lead credentialing and privileging processes and ensure compliance with state and federal standards.
• Provide leadership to integrate care across nursing and health services teams.
