Job summary

Banner Health in Tucson is seeking a Registered Nurse in Medical Imaging IR to provide night-shift nursing care in a fast-paced radiology environment. The RN will assess, plan and implement patient care under supervision, coordinating with technologists and the imaging team to support accurate diagnostics.

The role requires a current RN license, BLS certification, and experience in acute care settings; a sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge needs.
• Develop and revise plan of care in collaboration with the health care team.
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate activities with licensed staff and other personnel.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions and patient responses in the medical record.
• Communicate patient status to team and ensure continuity of care and follow-up.
