Banner Estrella Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an RN for the IR Medical Imaging unit on a part-time basis. Assignment-based schedule with evening shifts (Thursday-Friday 5:00PM - 5:30AM) and varied shifts.

Registry/Per Diem opportunities are available through Banner Staffing Services, with competitive wages and paid orientation. This role requires RN licensure and BLS, with a preference for experience in an acute care setting within the past year.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area for which you are applying is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, and discharge planning needs.
• Forms a plan of care and discharges planning in collaboration with the patient, family, and health team.
• Implements the plan of care and coordinates with the health care team to ensure quality nursing care.
• Documents assessment, plan, implementation, and evaluation in the patient record.
• Promotes continuity of care and communicates status to other caregivers.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
