Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide nursing care, including vital signs and bedside care.
- Monitor vital signs and document in the EHR while maintaining confidentiality.
- Observe and report changes to RNs and assist with care plans as needed.
- Maintain infection control and patient safety procedures.
