HonorVet Technologies is seeking a NOC Communications Specialist for after-hours support in Harrisburg, PA. You will provide Level 1 network support to employees and partners, create and escalate ServiceNow tickets, and coordinate with engineers and vendors to restore services.

The role requires strong communication, customer-service mindset, and the ability to multitask across monitoring, incident handling, and routine tasks.

Competenze

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to provide end-user support with varying IT skillsets.
• Experience with incident management and ticketing systems.

Mansioni

• Provide after-hours Level 1 network support for employees and partners.
• Create and escalate ServiceNow tickets to engineers and vendors.
