Job summary

Regent Court Memory Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personalized support to residents living with memory loss. You will work as part of a supportive team, assisting with daily activities, companionship, and safety, while advancing your healthcare skills through on‑the‑job learning.

Expect 4 days on and 2 days off, with a pay rate of $19.50–$22.00 per hour DOE. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision and 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR certification and CNA/HCA certification.
• One year of care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a Patient Advocate: assist nursing staff with direct patient care.
• Ensure Accuracy & Safety: manage medications, transcribe orders, and monitor for drug interactions.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: handle administrative tasks, including ordering medications and supplies, and communicating with doctors and families.
• Collaborate and Report: report discrepancies to the Director of Nursing.
• Monitor Vitals: take and record residents' vitals, and assist in emergencies.
