Sharp HealthCare's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit seeks a CN II level RN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the NICU, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires CA RN license, BLS, NRP, and 2+ years NICU experience; shift is 7 PM–7:30 AM with every-other weekend and on-call not required.

Hourly pay range listed as $61.000 - $70.740 - $80.490, under CNA agreement; the position emphasizes safety, education, and leadership in neonatal care.

Qualifications

• RN with California license required (CA BRN).
• BSN or ADN; 2+ years NICU RN experience acceptable in lieu of BSN.
• NRP and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered NICU care for neonates.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, timely care.
• Document all care and patient progress in the EMR.
• Attend deliveries and perform newborn assessments and resuscitation as needed.
• Precept and mentor new graduates and assigned staff.
