Job summary

Sharp HealthCare is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse to provide direct and indirect care to neonates and their families. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote outcomes and participate in high-risk deliveries with neonatal resuscitation per established protocols.

Requirements include CA RN licensure, BLS, NRP within hire period, and 2 years of NICU experience. This role operates on a 12/36 shift pattern with weekend on-call expectations as defined by the CBA.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing school or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• 2 years recent clinical experience in NICU or Level II NICU settings required.
• CA RN license REQUIRED; BLS required; NRP required within hire period.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to neonates and families.
