Sharp HealthCare in San Diego, CA is seeking an Intensive Care Registered Nurse (CN II) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a busy ICU. The RN must hold a California RN license, with BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale certification, and two years ICU experience in a high-acuity unit.

The role requires strong autonomy, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and a commitment to infection control and safety standards. On-site shift with support from a comprehensive hospital system.

Formación

• BSN or ADN with 5+ years of RN ICU experience in a high-acuity unit
• Two years of RN experience in a high-acuity ICU required
• California RN license; BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale certification required

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the interprofessional health care team to deliver safe, patient-centered care
• Document care measures, interventions, and patient progress in the EMR
• Provide preceptorship and mentorship to new grads and new hires
• Serve as charge nurse and Rapid Response Team member as needed
• Respond decisively to critical events such as cardiac arrests with clinical excellence
