Job summary

Intermountain Health McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah is seeking a qualified MRI Technologist for a 7 on-7 off graveyard shift (8pm-6am). You’ll perform diagnostic MRI exams, collaborate with radiologists, and ensure high-quality imaging while upholding safety and patient care standards.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR or ARMRIT or cross-trained in MRI.
• BLS for healthcare providers.
• IV competency within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARRT/competency for MRI.
• Verify patient identity and prepare for exam.
• Perform MRI exams per protocol and review image quality.
• Adhere to MRI safety and maintain clean, safe environment.
• Complete studies within acceptable timeframes without compromising care.
• Instruct students and other MRI staff on protocols and positioning.
