Job summary

Banner Health's Medical Intensive Care unit in Mesa, Arizona is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the MICU. You will care for critically ill patients across a wide range of conditions, working in a high-acuity environment with leadership involvement and opportunity for certification support.

This full-time night shift position offers a three 12-hour shift schedule (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with an 18% night differential and a $3/hour weekend differential.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure required.
• Experience in ICU or critical care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental and discharge needs; review data and communicate with care team.
• Formulate and adjust a plan of care with realistic, measurable goals in collaboration with patient and family.
• Implement care through direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision as appropriate.
