Job summary

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy skills with competency in specimen handling.
• Strong verbal and written communication for internal/external customers.
• Familiarity with waived and non-waived tests under CLIA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform waived and non-waived tests accurately according to policies.
• Verify results and identify abnormal or QC issues for follow-up.
• Maintain inventory and manage supplies to support testing.
• Participate in training and support for lab staff in supervisor's absence.
• Communicate professionally with team and customers; attend staff meetings.
• Assist with specimen collection and processing as required, ensuring proper ID and sample integrity.
