Job summary

Endeavor Health Naperville, IL is seeking a Mental Health Technician for the night shift on a part-time basis. Under supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care to individuals with behavioral health disorders and help maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu.

Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, meals, ADLs, documentation, and translating treatment plans into daily practice.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• De-escalation and behavior management techniques.
• CPR certification and CPI certification within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license if duties off-site may require coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist with hygiene, meals, and activities of daily living.
• Document patient information and follow treatment plans.
• Contribute to safe milieu and infection control standards.
