Job summary

Lindner Center of Hope is seeking a Mental Health Technician (Full Time .8 FTE) for night shift in Mason, OH. The role provides direct patient care under RN supervision, delivering treatment plan activities and maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment on the unit.

Your responsibilities include vital signs, EMR documentation, and assisting with daily living activities, with opportunities to participate in continuous improvement and quality measures reflecting the center's mission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with one year of direct patient care experience in a healthcare setting.
• CPR Certification required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Obtain clinical measurements such as vital signs, height and weight.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Document care and observations in the EMR with RN co-signature.
• Deliver care per the individualized treatment plan and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Respond to patient requests and escalating behavior under RN supervision.
