Job summary

The Lindner Center of Hope is seeking a Mental Health Technician to join our day shift in Mason, OH. This full-time (.8 FTE) position supports adult residential units under supervision of the Director and Clinical Manager, performing routine patient care, documentation, and coordination with the treatment team.

Responsibilities include taking vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, documenting care in EMR, and escalating concerns to the RN.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year direct patient care experience or enrollment in a related degree program.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, psychology, social work, or related field.
• CPR Certification required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Obtain clinical measurements and vital signs.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and hygiene.
• Document in EMR and communicate with RN for changes in patient status.
• Assist in daily rounds and support treatment team.
• Maintain patient safety and environmental safety.
