Job summary

The Lindner Center of Hope in Mason, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse for a part-time 0.3 FTE position on the day shift (7:00am-3:30pm). This role provides direct professional nursing care within an interdisciplinary team, following each patient’s treatment plan and evaluating responses to care.

The ideal candidate holds an Ohio RN license, CPR within 30 days of hire, and preferably PMH Nursing certification. The role emphasizes safety, patient advocacy, and collaboration with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• CPR Certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Certification of Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from the American Nurse Association Credentialing Center (preferred).
• Demonstrates knowledge to provide age-specific and developmentally appropriate care.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct professional nursing care to patients as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Implements treatment plans and evaluates patient responses to care.
• Administers medications in accordance with standards and policy.
• Demonstrates clinical judgement and prioritizes patient safety.
• Collaborates with staff, patients and families to meet care needs.
