Job summary

Ethan Crossing is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide activities of daily living and support to patients in a behavioral health and substance use treatment setting. You will report changes to the RN, assist with admissions, and help keep patient belongings secure while adhering to policies.

The role emphasizes frequent rounding, safety interventions, and attention to patient comfort within a compassionate team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Preferred STNA but not required.
• Preferred Nurses Aide.

• Reports all changes to the RN.
• Assists in the admission process by orienting patients to the milieu.
• Secures patient belongings, valuables, and documents per policies.
• Performs ongoing observation and carries out interventions to ensure patient safety.

Pay Range: $15-$18/hr

The Role Itself

• Provides activities of daily living (ADLs).

• Performs ongoing observation of patient and carries out specific interventions to ensure patient safety which includes frequent rounding, primary searches, and visitor control.
