Job summary

Ethan's Crossing in Indianapolis, IN seeks Mental Health Technicians to join a recovery-focused team. You will foster a serene healing environment, orient guests, and support daily living activities while maintaining safety and respect.

This full-time role offers a day shift with 3x12s (7a–7p) and every other weekend rotation. We provide comprehensive health plans, tuition reimbursement up to $15,000, PTO and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• Assist guests with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor vital signs and perform routine checks while ensuring guest safety.

Responsibilities

• Support Daily Living: assist with ADLs and routine vital checks.
• Maintain Safety: round frequently and observe guests, reporting changes to the RN.

• Ensure Safety: Maintain a "serene environment" through frequent rounding and guest observation, reporting all changes to the RN.
• Drive Positive Outcomes: Carry out specific interventions to ensure guest safety and a judge-free atmosphere.
