New Vista is currently recruiting a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) on the Night Shift at Ethan Crossing of Springfield, located in Springfield, Ohio. The role supports clients in a residential setting, ensuring safety and therapeutic care during night hours.

Responsibilities include maintaining confidentiality, documenting in EMR, coordinating activities, and responding to emergencies. The position offers a competitive hourly wage and several health and retirement benefits to support staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with EMR documentation and patient confidentiality is expected.
• Ability to engage with clients respectfully and maintain professional boundaries.

Behavioral Health Technician, Nights

New Vista is currently recruiting for a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) on Night Shift at Ethan Crossing of Springfield.

Shifts: Days 7a-7p, Nights 7p-7a.

$15-18/hr. plus shift differential.

Job Responsibilities

• Understands and maintains confidentiality of client information and records
• Documents client information in EMR
• Ensures clients attend scheduled activities and required groups
• Provides appropriate help during emergency situations
• Builds positive relationships with clients and staff
• Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility to changes in the work environment
