Job summary

Ethan Crossing Springfield is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to support residents in our 80-bed residential detox facility. You will help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and assist with daily activities for clients.

The role requires confidentiality, EMR documentation, and the ability to respond effectively in emergencies, with a high school diploma or GED being required. Competitive pay and strong benefits accompany this position.

$15-18/hr. plus shift differential.
