Job summary

Vitality Living Spring Hill is seeking a Part-Time Nights Medication Technician to support memory care residents. You will administer medications and assist with treatments, keep accurate daily records, and monitor residents’ health and well-being under supervision.

This role requires clear English communication, basic certifications as required by Florida regulations, and adherence to safety procedures. Join our team to help provide compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain any certification as required by state regulations.
• Meet state health-related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider.
• Maintain residents' records daily promptly and following company policy and procedure.
• Observe and document the health and emotional condition of each resident, promptly reporting all changes to the supervisor.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the medicine supply room.
• Complete an accurate accounting of all medications, including controlled substances.
• Assist with the completion of medication cart audits.
