Job summary

Vitality Living Spring Hill is seeking a Medication Technician to support residents with prescribed medications and daily care. You will help administer medications, maintain accurate records, and monitor residents' health in a welcoming, resident-centered environment.

The role requires strong English communication, adherence to state certification requirements, and a willingness to work night shifts. Vitality Living offers a supportive team and opportunities within Memory Care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain any certification as required by state regulations
• Meet state health-related requirements

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider.
• Maintain residents' records daily in line with company policy and procedures.
• Observe and document health and emotional condition of each resident and report changes to supervisor.
• Keep the medicine supply room clean and organized.
• Complete accurate accounting of all medications, including controlled substances.
• Assist with medication cart audits.
