Job summary

The Ranch Estates of Tucson is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician for the night shift (10pm–6am). This role administers or assists with medications, supports residents’ physical and psychosocial needs, and collaborates with the Wellness Director to maintain a safe and compassionate living environment.

Must be certified in all three levels and able to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card. The position offers full-time hours and a benefits package to support staff wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must be certified in all three levels (Supervisory, Directed, Personal).
• Must be able to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Must be able to work night shift 10pm–6am.

Responsibilities

• Administers or assists with medication administration according to physician orders.
• Documents medications administered on MAR and maintains accurate records.
• Maintains medication cart security and conducts narcotic counts as required.
• Assists with activities of daily living and ensures resident safety and comfort.
• Works collaboratively with peers and reports changes in residents’ condition to supervisor.
