• Must maintain certification in the state where you work if required.

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Administers or assists with the administration of medications according to the physician order and MAR.
• Documents medications administered on MAR and ensures accuracy.
• Conducts shift change reports and maintains medication cart security.
