Qualifications

• Experience administering medications under supervision of licensed staff.
• Ability to document accurately in EMR and communicate with health team.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications as ordered by physician under RN supervision.
• Administer medications accurately and timely.
• Record medications in resident records and notify pharmacy as needed.
• Maintain organized medication cart and room.
• Monitor and report side effects to the Director of Health Services.
• Follow care plans and assist with medical appointments.
