The position requires administration of medications, comprehensive assessments, and collaboration with the care team to provide high-quality patient care while adhering to safety and infection-control standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Active RN license in Kansas or ability to obtain.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across multiple domains.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans.
• Administer medications following orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and treatments.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to optimize care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in medical records.
