AdventHealth in Overland Park, KS seeks a Registered Nurse for Medical Surgical to work full time during day shifts. A sign-on bonus of $20,000 is available for eligible candidates.

Grow through the Clinical Ladder with potential salary increases up to 20% based on experience and achievement. Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medication administration, patient education, and collaboration with the care team to optimize outcomes.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• RN license required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• 1+ acute care hospital experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments evaluating physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly evaluate and revise them.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, medications and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective teamwork.
