Job summary

Sonora Quest Laboratories/Laboratory Sciences of Arizona seeks a lab professional to perform waived and non-waived tests with supervision, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will assist with regulatory compliance and handle specimen collection and processing in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

Ideal candidates have an accredited science degree or equivalent CLIA training, strong math, reading, and writing skills, and basic computer familiarity.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a laboratory science or Bachelor’s degree in chemical/biological science.
• Equivalent training/experience per CLIA regulations recognized for eligibility.
• Demonstrated competency in phlebotomy where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform waived and non-waived tests accurately with supervision.
• Assist with department compliance to CLIA, JCAHO, CAP, OSHA requirements.
• Receive, collect, and process biological specimens for the laboratory.
