Job summary

Wellstar Health System, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN for the Night shift to join an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality, safe patient care.

The role operates within Wellstar’s Professional Practice Model and Shared Governance framework to support excellence and compassionate service. The RN will provide individualized care, participate in patient and family education, maintain clinical excellence, and uphold standards set by state licensing and hospital policy while collaborating

Qualifications

• RN licensure as required by Georgia Practice Act
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience with direct patient care
• BLS certification or equivalent basic life support
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care reflecting cultural diversity.
• Collaborate with patients, families and interdisciplinary team to align goals and care plans.
• Practice according to current clinical standards and Wellstar governance models.
• Participate in performance improvement, data collection and protocol development.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards and safety requirements.
