GRMC Garrett Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse for the Med Surg unit on nights. The incumbent will provide direct patient care, collaborate with the health care team, and support the patient’s plan of care in an inpatient setting.

The role requires an LPN license (or multi-state license via eNLC), BLS within 30 days, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is provided with shift differentials and overtime eligibility.

Qualifikationen

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license issued by the state or multi-state via eNLC.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire date.
• State and Federal background checks as required for regulated areas.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care per the plan of care and supervise as directed.
• Assist physicians and overseeing nurses with examinations and procedures.
• Document nursing interventions and patient responses accurately.
• Administer IM, subcutaneous, IV, oral, nebulized medications as assigned.
• Support patient education and family instruction per teaching plan.
